CrossFit Classes

We currently offer three coach-led group classes each week day and one on Saturday. Each class lasts an hour long and are perfect for anyone who wants a motivating and supportive environment to get a workout in. No prior experience required!

Personal Training

One-on-one training sessions with our experienced coaches, planned with your needs in mind. These sessions are a great option for anyone who has more specific goals or wants to get more comfortable in the gym before joining a group class.
